Home visits
If you are housebound and need an appointment, we will do a home visit. We will phone you first to understand what you need.
To request a home visit, call the surgery as early as possible after 8am on 01872 560346 (Chacewater Surgery) or 01872 562200 (Devoran Surgery). Visits are usually undertaken after the morning Surgery and we arrange the urgent cases first.
We regret we cannot make emergency home visits during the doctor’s clinic.
You can also be visited at home by a community nurse if you are referred by your GP. You should be visited at home by a health visitor if you have recently had a baby or if you are newly registered with a GP and have a child under five years.
